Some accounts require a data erasure request instead of immediate deletion. An erasure request remains pending after submission. Orders and other records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. This affects the same customer record used on the Canta Esthetic website, not only the Resource Library App. It does not erase saved or downloaded resources on your devices, or your accounts with other services.
Your privacy on this page
We use one essential secure session cookie, with no advertising or analytics. Sign-in attempts expire after 10 minutes; authorization to submit a request lasts at most 30 minutes and is not automatically renewed. The session expires after 24 hours, even if you keep using it.
Encrypted server-side session data temporarily includes your access token, a masked account label, and the request confirmation and status receipt. Ending this session removes that session data. Expired sessions become unusable immediately and are removed in bounded cleanup batches; physical removal may occur later. Your deletion request and its safeguards remain recorded separately.
Keep this browser session to check your request status for up to 24 hours. Ending or losing the session removes access to its status receipt and does not cancel a submitted request. A pending or uncertain outcome must not be submitted again.
